got our hall bathroom gutted and redone. old one had water damage under the tile and they took care of it before putting everything back. new vanity, toilet, and a tiled shower that looks great. they were quick and didnt leave a mess behind. price came in where they quoted which doesnt always happen

This turned out to be a longer project than I expected, but the way they ran it kept it from feeling out of control. We started talking to VNA in February after pricing things out on a couple of remodeling sites that pull quotes from contractors in Niles. my first call was easy, no pushy sales stuff. they came out and measured, gave a written quote two days later. demo started on the day they said. tile guy was meticulous, you can tell he cared about the layout around the window. final walkthrough they fixed two tiny caulk spots without me asking twice

Quote process was painless. They measured everything, emails a breakdown same day. Pick them over two other options in Niles because the estimator actually listened. Work took about 9 days on our hall bathroom remodeling project. Tile Ford looks great, new vanity is level, caulking is cleaning around the tub edge.
