Wonderful house directly on the beach. I read the other google review of this house and it must be for a different house. This house does not have carpet in all the bedrooms, it was very clean. It is also no smoking allowed. We did not smell or see any signs of smoking. Great deck furniture and lots of space for everyone in the main room and dining area. The elevator is a huge help when getting groceries to the kitchen on the 3rd floor. We have stayed in this house several times and loved every time.
Awful experience. The house is located directly on the beach with excellent views. The kitchen is also very well stocked, but that is where the positives end. The house was barely cleaned prior to our arrival I.e. dirty towel hanging in bathroom, sand in sheets, dirty dishes in dishwater. One of the rooms smelled horribly like cigarettes. That smell will never leave because they also have carpet in all the bedrooms and on the stairs.
