Update Nov 2024 I do not understand how a community that charges you close to $700 a month to maintain your property, hires a contractor to repaint the building, said contractor shatters my window to my master bedroom, had contractors bang on my sliding door, asking to use my restroom, trash thrown in my yard every day, my trees in my backyard have been toppled over by these contractors, in short, they destroyed my yard. I’ve lived here for two years and the community is nice enough. Sadly, there are many little things that seem to pop up every 30 days in the community, however. For example, on the sixth day of me moving in, I got a comment from the HOA manager about how my new umbrella that was on my private patio wrong shade of black; it was very dark maroon. on the 10th day I moved in.
