So far my repairs with them dragged on for 5 weeks. After I complained firmly then they finished the job the same day at the end of the 3 weeks finally. After driving later the same week the whole engine broke down. They said "we will tow it to our shop and look at what the problem is" and they still haven't towed the vehicle. Now almost 5 weeks in total Probably good mechanics it might be a one-off exception, but my experience with them has been terrible thus far.
My first experience here was excellent. After getting my brakes and rotors done at a different shop, I noticed a strange squeaking noise. These guys diagnosed and fixed it quickly. I don’t usually write reviews, but the customer service was outstanding and the mechanics were honest and friendly. Special shoutout to Saief and the rest of the team. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a mechanic in the area.
The AC in my 2017 Honda civic stopped working. I took my car to Villa Automotives and within a few hours they diagnosed the issue and fixed it.
