Terrible service, very expensive. I paid $841 and the new parts weren't installed. The person just spliced wires and the job took 6 hours just to connect the wires.
You said I needed a new engine for my 2016 Escalade, with only 93k miles on it. You determined this by pressure testing the cylinders and found the 3rd cylinder had low pressure. You told me because of this low pressure in the 3rd cylinder that I NEEDED A BRAND NEW ENGINE WHICH WILL COST ME $17,000.00 YOU DID NOT EVEN SIMPLY OPEN UP THE VALVE COVER TO LOOK INSIDE. Practically performed a miracle, and it was super cheap, nearly thought my engine was a goner, but they analyzed it and solved the issue 10x quicker than I would have expected with the information I gave them with my limited mechanical knowledge. Thanks Villa!
