Matt was demeaning , disrespectful, and extremely condescending when attempting to quote a vehicle. Attempted : due to his lack of professionalism and organization. He called, we wanted to pick the estimate up and see it - when we arrived Matt tossed the estimate on his desk and left to speak with some blonde co worker.. . Dear Citizens of San Luis Obispo. I would like to share my experience with you to make you aware of the possible illegal activity going on within this company. This week, this company towed several vehicles that were parked in an area where a “NO PARKING” sign was installed the same day on Hathway Ave in SLO. The majority of these vehicles were already parked in this location before the sign was installed that day.
