The Villa at Terracina had many wonderful loving caregivers, activity directors and nurses; my husband was well taken care of, except when he wasn't. The food is not bad. The facility is physically beautiful but there are bug and cockroach issues that exceed the normal expectations for living in Florida. There was massive turnover during our tenure with three different nursing directors in the nine months we were there. Weekend coverage is sparse. Villa at Terracina Grand’s 60-bed memory care unit is truly impressive. The facility is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for residents. The Administrator is absolutely amazing—engaged, compassionate, and clearly dedicated to the well-being of both residents and staff. Our father moved Into the Villas Of Terracina Grand memory care approximately 3 1/2 years ago and from day one we have been nothing but happy. The staff With the nurses and CNA’s and kitchen help and administrators have all been so helpful. The Entertainment was above and beyond a 10. Our father was so happy! Daddy really enjoyed the food as well and their snacks and they’re beautiful center sanctuary garden. Thank you to everyone who helped our father with all his needs and every way.
