Be aware if you leave a deposit for apartment,no matter how clean you leave it they still charge you a mandatory cleaning fee which is a rip off. So don't clean it leave a mess so they can earn the money they rip people off for cleaning when they don't clean squat and I left it clean just a heads 👆
Not worth the price gouged rent. The service is horrible, if you need a laundry card refilled you better wear a few layers for the butt chewing you get from the office.
Absolutely horrible. Electrical flashes and cuts the breaker off 2 or 3 times a week. No pets allowed. Woman is never in the office and never greets anyone with a smile from my experience. I see roaches once in awhile. Yes they are renovated, but extremely far from worth 1000 a month. They reused cabinets that are chewed up by pets from past tenants, and as I said, no pets allowed?
