To start it needs a fresh coat of paint all over. With a serious make over. It needs pavement in the back road. Has a tendency to get real muddy when it ran. It has mice. Yes, i said mice. This is first hand knowledge. With my own eye have seen nestes where I was helping a friend move out. Wouldn't recommend for out of towners to stay.....
