I was extremely disappointed with Laura.. I just didn't understand how Laura and staff could sit in the same office and not communicate about receiving paper work, and lets mention how i had an appointment to see a home and Laura not showing up and how I had to call her to see if she would show up or not. Then she lied about no one applying to the home i was interested and even days after i had applied and then all of a sudden someone jumped in front of me to get a home..
