I have seen this company build many BIG beautiful homes and small remodeling of additions for almost 9 years. They will give you a great end product with great service along the way, with attention to details, as long as you communicate your ideas, You can rest assured if you choose Vilhauer Const to build for you, you’ll get a House you’ll be more than pleased with.

I had these guys build a home and start another one before we parted company. Mistakes were made all the way through. There wasn’t much attention paid to details and very little supervision of their subcontractors. And almost no quality control. It seemed like they were more interested in cutting corners and padding their bottom line. In talking with other contractors they don’t seem to have a good reputation among their peers.

Sam can build you an excellent, well made house - to your exact specifications. He is honest, and very experienced. And when the unexpected strikes - as it unavoidably happens during construction - he tries to "use it as a creative opportunity" ;-) Thank you Sam for building us a great home.
