I’ve been waiting 7 and a half weeks for my engine block work to be unfinished at Vilas Motor, and it’s been nothing but excuses. Every time I call to check on the status, I’m told to “call back next week.” This has been going on week after week with no clear answers, updates, or accountability. Always done a great job on my re-surfacing and cleaning up various engine parts.
Besides engine work as the main business, they do machining as well. They do an excellent job at that.
Good machine shop.
