I’ve been waiting 7 and a half weeks for my engine block work to be unfinished at Vilas Motor, and it’s been nothing but excuses. Every time I call to check on the status, I’m told to “call back next week.” This has been going on week after week with no clear answers, updates, or accountability. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Sadly, this place has proven to be dishonest and unreliable. I strongly recommend you avoid Vilas Motors if you value your time and peace of mind.
