My daughter had her Yr 12 Formal hair and makeup done last week. The makeup was lovely. The hair stylist was not friendly, and had an apprentice do the curling part of the upstyle. The girl was sweet, but clearly not confident, and was given rude looks by the more senior stylist when she seemed to be seeking guidance. The stylist rushed the pony tail and absolutely hacked the front pieces of my daughter's hair, which were curled at the front. Expected more care to be taken for what we paid.

I had a fantastic experience at Viktorias hair and beauty getting my hair coloured, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and professional. My stylist took the time to understand exactly what I wanted.

Absolutely love the entire team here! I’ve been going for many years now and I have always experienced the utmost care and talent from all. Lovely service, lovely environment and lovely results every time. They have helped me through every phase from natural brunette to blonde to my wedding hair and all in between. Would highly recommend!!!
