Absolutely the worst car service. They make you wait for hours while they lie about when they will actually arrive. Airlines do use them because they are use to poor on time performance. Stay away!!!!
TERRIBLE BUSINESS! Absolutely terrible. The person “in charge” who handles customer service and routes was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Gave inaccurate information on the phone and had me stranded for over an hour when I was told the wait time was 20 minutes. When I called back to verify the times I was met with utter disrespect and HUNG UP ON!! The part that bothers me most is there was no reason (nor should there ever be) for him to hang up on me. The driver was good and hilarious BUT the owner might be the worst owner of any business, all time. Very rude over the phone and even hung up on me after he said his driver would be here in 20 minutes and I waited almost an hour. Driver was great.
Not very professional. If they dont want to speak to you after accepting the ride hire, they will keep sending you to voicemail or placed on hold. 3 minutes away turned into 20 minutes
