Everyone was so helpful all the way through the procedure. They were exceptionally nice and went out of their way to let me know what was going to happen. Dr. Garg was very professional and pleasant as usual. The nurses Angie especially (and the others ad well but I didn't get their names).
All nursing staff were very competent and friendly, helping me to feel very comfortable during preparation for the 2 scopes. The anesthesiologist explained his part well, and was personable. Dr Garg explained the findings well after procedures were finish. He also is very personable and friendly. I did fine afterward at home and appreciated the personal call the next day to check on how I was doing. (The last surgery I had done( it was orthopedic), this check was done digitally, which felt very impersonal)
Dr Garg and his staff are very compétant, kind and caring. They provided much information and help leading up the my colonoscopy and answered any questions I had. I knew I was in good hands and really appreciate their expertise.
It was nice and smooth experience from the very start. The entire staff including nurses prepared me well for the procedure. Dr. Garg who is very experienced and knowledgeable was professional and friendly. Felt relaxed throughout the whole process. Very clearly explained the results and answered all my questions. Thanks everyone! It was a great experience!
Great doctor, discussed plan of care, was very informative, personable, all over would highly recommend. Staff was all over amazing, friendly, and helpful throughout procedure. Anesthesiologist was great, listened, answered questions, and very personable.
