Staff was courteous and very helpful with their explanations. They made a procedure I expected to be a real pain into a pleasant learning experience. To the team: Thank you for caring.
Everyone was so helpful all the way through the procedure. They were exceptionally nice and went out of their way to let me know what was going to happen. Dr. Garg was very professional and pleasant as usual. The nurses Angie especially (and the others ad well but I didn't get their names).
All nursing staff were very competent and friendly, helping me to feel very comfortable during preparation for the 2 scopes. The anesthesiologist explained his part well, and was personable. Dr Garg explained the findings well after procedures were finish. He also is very personable and friendly. I did fine afterward at home and appreciated the personal call the next day to check on how I was doing. (The last surgery I had done( it was orthopedic), this check was done digitally, which felt very impersonal)
Dr. Garg and his staff were fantastic. I appreciate their professionalism and care that they showed from check in clear through the followup. Thank You, I appreciate all you and your crew do.
It was nice and smooth experience from the very start. The entire staff including nurses prepared me well for the procedure. Dr. Garg who is very experienced and knowledgeable was professional and friendly. Felt relaxed throughout the whole process. Very clearly explained the results and answered all my questions. Thanks everyone! It was a great experience!
