I have no experience with Viking Properties. I do have experience living on houseboats however. It is probably the most relaxing place to go home to, a floating home that is. There is a lot of interesting history to the houseboat community in Sausalito and it's a wonderful place to live. Once you get on your dock, approaching your floating home, the traffic, the buzz, the intensity of modern day living and commuting in the bay area immediately melts away!
