Many thanks to Pam Coy entire staff at Viking is so accommodating. I honestly forgot, until my calendar reminder popped up, that it was Law Enforcement Appreciation Day. I called to see what the bakery had. Unfortunately I had my heart set on red, white and blue and the only cake in the case in those colors was an 8 x 8. The gals in the bakery pulled a larger, frozen one out that was white frosting with blue flowers and added red lettering for me. I want to say a big "THANK YOU" for having a second cookie walk! I couldn't make the first one. I so appreciate the thoughtfulness of having a second one so others had a chance to go.
Viking foods is amazing! Fresh produce, fresh bakery items, made in house, huge deli and lunch meat selection along with a hot deli, salad and yogart bar and to top it off they have a griddle and can make items as well. Prices are great too! You can order custom made cakes and if you need food for a large party they can help with that too. Viking foods is an all around one stop for grocery and bakery needs!
I went to the deli to order chicken for an event coming up and the lady helping me out was very nice and the food at the deli is so wonderful I recommend eating there as much as possible LOL
