I brought my dogs in because I suspected they had ingested food that was potentially dangerous, and I wasn't sure which dog had eaten them. When I called ahead, the receptionist came across as very dry and dismissive, which wasn't reassuring given that I was worried about my pets and was still 20–30 minutes away. They made the experience of sending my sweet 14 year old Brittany spaniel crossover
I went here for the first time last week for our old man cat. He was acting a little off, so we wanted to get him checked out to be safe. The entire staff was wonderful. From the front desk staff, to the techs, to the doctor. Everyone was great and made sure we had all of our questions answered/were taken care of the whole time. The lobby, and the exam room were both clean and well maintained. Highly recommend for emergency services for your fur babies, and I bet their day to day care is just as wonderful!
Sadly, a one star would be a compliment. I was very disappointed. I assume it was because I made it clear that I would not be spending thousands of dollars just to find out why my 13 year old dog, who most likely ate some of the the dead bird I found in the yard, had diarrhea. After hours of waiting, they gave me two options. One was to spend over $1000 to find out what was wrong. The other was to spend $450 to take medicines home or just pay $155 for the visit and bring her back home with no meds & return to the vet if she ... read more
My grandmother spent 7hrs at this clinic for them to dismiss her cats issues. No labs or diagnostics were performed, so obviously no improvements were made with the well being of her cat. Guess what a trip to another emergency vets off determined she has a uti and needed antibiotics and fluids. Would definitely not recommend this office to anybody.
