I utilized the emergency services and they were kind, considerate, and positive. It was 12am and they were cheerful and empathetic. They were very affordable and tried saving me money wherever possible while still offering additional services if I felt more comfortable. They listened to my concerns and made me and my pup feel safe. I would definitely recommend this place!
Everyone we encountered was very friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate.
Brought my 8 mo rescue cat in that had severe cough and raspy breathing due to fear of heart issues as, he has a murmur. Dr. Bateman was very kind to my buddy and very thorough in her eval and diagnosis. I felt very comfortable with the entire staff and comfortable with the treatment plan. Being an emergency visit, cost is always a factor but the charges we not excessive. So nice to have an emergency vet in Nampa. Will not hesitate to come again if needed.
Before bringing my dog in I prepared myself to feel not taken seriously and rushed due to this being an emergency vet clinic. But I am SO happy with my experience here. My dog was not an emergency, but he was still seen very quickly. Dr. Andrew Kiemnec was calm, understanding, and compassionate. He listened and answered all my questions thoroughly.
