We have many elderly cats, 2 of which we've had to had put to sleep.. The entire staff are amazingly compassionate and understanding when it comes to the loss of a pet.. They took it very seriously to make sure we were comfortable with everything g gave us ample time to say good bye and treated our animals with great respect. I found the young lady veterinarian very helpful and informative the secretary on the other hand has a very poor disposition and not pleasant to deal with on the phone it’s too bad really because I won’t go back due to the secretary
My animals are always comfortable when I take them for appointments. Friendly staff & welcoming environment.
Super great service. I called in at 7:45am and was able to get by 8:30am on a Sunday morning. Had my dog sewed up in 30 min. Prices were very fair for being a Sunday. Big Jim ended up being fine thanks to them.
