Driver dropped off patient and said he needed to leave to do another trip. Driver did not leave a card or anything for us to call after patient was finished with appointment. I called the dispatch and spoke to Craig and he tried blaming it on us that we failed to inform them when the patient was done with appointment. I told Craig I had no idea what transportation team was picking up the patient side to not getting a number to call. Craig was very rude on the phone.
I was in Twin Falls today and I was traveling on Falls when I was cut off by a driver from Viking Medical Transportation. This guy/gal was very aggressive. Hopefully whoever they was transporting enjoyed the ride because no one else did.
Thank you Viking Medical for your amazing heart and for granting a last wish for a patient who wanted to see her husband one last time before she passes away! Viking drove from Meridian to Baker City, OR to pick up our Heart 'n Home Hospice patient and drove her to Nampa to spend a few hours with her husband before taking her back to Baker City. You were nothing but professional and compassionate and we appreciate you so much and your service to our community!
