If I could give it a zero I would! Where to start with this nightmare... I am going to try to avoid issues I had with the dealer as it does not reflect on the hot tub itself, but like I said before, this has been a nightmare! The first issue we had was with jets falling out. There are small inserts in our lounger jets that on 2nd use just started flying out. Bought our spa in 2017 and in 2020 our mother board went out. Tried to order one from the company and their shipping was outrageous. Local dealer was no help. Finally found another vender who’s shipping was $10. Would never buy this brand again. Our last spa lasted 29 years. Find it ironic that they now changed their warrantee to 6 years.

we have just had our Viking Spa for over a month now, no issues or problems to report. We have the Legend 2 Series and i feel like it's perfect for the two of us. It's comfortable and it was very affordable as well. I will update my review as time goes by .

We had a licensed electrician install it. Nothing has broken and the shell and jets look brand new. We use it several times a week, both in summer and winter, including sub-zero days. The cover remains in perfect condition, both the top and the underside. I was surprised to see other reviewers had such bad experiences. After 3 years our hot... read more
