My company was a dealer since 2015 .BUYER BEWARE THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WARRANTY ! Look elsewhere for a quality spa .These leak like sives from day one manufacturer will not replace spas
If I could give it a zero I would! Where to start with this nightmare... I am going to try to avoid issues I had with the dealer as it does not reflect on the hot tub itself, but like I said before, this has been a nightmare! The first issue we had was with jets falling out. There are small inserts in our lounger jets that on 2nd use just started flying out. Contacted the dealer and they informed us that there was a recall for this and it would be handled..ok! The second issue we had was with large jets falling out. W... read more
Bought our spa in 2017 and in 2020 our mother board went out. Tried to order one from the company and their shipping was outrageous. Local dealer was no help. Finally found another vender who’s shipping was $10. Would never buy this brand again. Our last spa lasted 29 years. Find it ironic that they now changed their warrantee to 6 years.
got our viking hot tub in 2012 within a year the mother board went .replaced every 2 years, this time in February ,why do we have to pay for a recurring problem .everything froze now have a 7000. dollar piece of crap ,never again
This company makes an affordable spa that is high quality, tough as nails, and takes hydrotherapy seriously. As a dealer myself, I can confirm that this company takes customer service very seriously, and bends over backwards to make sure that warranty parts and services get done. However, this does have to go through a dealer. These are excellent tubs with an excellent warranty, and you definitely should consider Viking if you are shopping.
we have just had our Viking Spa for over a month now, no issues or problems to report. We have the Legend 2 Series and i feel like it's perfect for the two of us. It's comfortable and it was very affordable as well. I will update my review as time goes by .
We bought a Viking Aurora III and it was installed in June of 2014. We had a Thermo Spa for many years before that so we are experienced spa owners. The Viking has had zero issues. We had a licensed electrician install it. Nothing has broken and the shell and jets look brand new. We use it several times a week, both in summer and winter, including sub-zero days. The cover remains in perfect condition, both the top and the underside. I was surprised to see other reviewers had such bad experiences. After 3 years our hot... read more
I have tried contacting this company multiple times regarding my Viking Royale ETS Spa. The first question was about a warranty coverage on the lid that came with my spa. The only response I got was contact your dealer. I had contacted my dealer multiple times about the issue and they were not willing to resolve it. So Viking did nothing. Second issue were that the Spinner jets broke on the spa. I have been having to replace a Spinner jet about once every two months. Each jet cost me $40. Well right now I am down to zero Spi... read more
