Very very poor customer service. Extremely rude and unhelpful when it comes to dealing with unhappy customers. Will not be doing business with them ever again.
This is by far the worse company we have ever felt with. The first vanity top we received was discolored so they tried to repair it which would have been fine but it didn't work. They agreed to remake the top but unfortunately that one doesn't look any better. When I contacted the company to see what could be done, they refused to even talk to me. They finally called the shop we bought the top from and told them they were not going to do anything and to tell me to quit contacting them. So I guess we are out our money and don... read more
