I requested for my machine to be cleaned, not repaired. I was asked to bring the machine by a certain day, then told it would take at least 3 weeks to have the machine back. It has now been 4 weeks. I do not have access to go and pick my machine up and have to wait. Someone comes to the store with the machines 'every 10 days'. While I understand there is a high demand at this time, if there is no time to clean my machine, I would have preferred for it to not be taken and sat on a shelf for a month. Great selection of top quality sewing machines and assessories! The customer service is second to none and Lisa is the best. She took the time and interest in my wife's sewing needs. We were pleased to buy a Husqvarna Viking sewing machine from her and have not regretted it.

Mary is wonderful as a trainer. She and Charlie make embroidery to learn. Would recomend them any day.

Customer service at this location is lacking. Person that works there doesn’t seem to want to be there. Today (Sunday) I went to pick up my machine that had gone out for repairs and no one was there despite it being with-in posted hours. The machines were powered on like they were open but when a Joanns associate went to find someone, she came back and said that there was no one and the store would not be open at all today.
