Have been an exclusive Husqvarna Viking user for 20 years. Heidi and her staff are wonderful, and I’ve always had great interactions with them.
I’ve been shopping at JoAnne for many years now and I’ve always found the staff to be helpful and courteous.
Staff cares more about selling merchandise than ensuring customers are receiving the correct parts/materials for their project. I won't be returning to this shop or JoAnn's in the future for sewing projects. I'd rather make the trek to Redlands Sewing Center where I know they provide honest information and quality products.
Taking a class. I always learn a lot with Heidi and her staff. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Heidi is a fantastic seamstress.
