Diane was incredibly rude. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. She snapped on me when I asked if the sewing machine my husband purchased for me for Christmas was in by basically screaming at me "I told your husband I would call when it comes in!!!" So I then asked if she could show me any rolling bag or cases that would fit the machine, she stated "I would but I only have a $299 one" as though I was just a massive inconvenience to her day.
