This is the worst sewing machine I have ever bought. Don't buy one.
Horrible customer service. Unkind workers and not in the least helpful. Have given multiple opportunities hoping it was just a bad day but they’re just mean.
The lady that was working the evening I went, was so rude. I wanted to buy a sewing machine for my mom for Christmas. An associate from Joann’s walked me over to the area to look at the sewing machines. The woman behind the counter had her back to me and completely ignored me.
