Used to love this shop but management changed and it's nothing but a frustrating experience. They only take credit cards because they don't currently have a bank. This has been going on for months. The current manager is often out of the store. Today's excuse was that the bathrooms were closed and she had to go somewhere else. The only employee was a trainee who couldn't answer my questions about purchasing software. Don't waste your time.
The sales lady was very knowledgeable and helpful. However getting a hold of them by phone about the classes that come with your machine or for quick answers is impossible. Called several times and phone rang until my carrier hung up as unavailable.
