Lack of Customer Service I have been to Jo Ann Fabrics & Crafts a few times now and have left each time without buying anything from them. They have a decent selection of items but the lack of customer service takes away from that. When I have had questions about an item, the usual way of helping me is to give me the run around. I would definitely not recommend them.
