I purchased a serger with cash and returned the machine less than 24 hours later becuase the machine didnt do the stitch that was needed. They would not give me a cash refund, said it had to be check from thier main office, it has been one week now, and still NO dont ahve my money back. They have the machine and my money and no one returns any of my calls that I have made to them or thier corprate office!
