I’m a noob at sewing machines, I’ve only hand sewn small projects. These ladies are all wonderful and very patience. Love the classes and look forward to attending more.

The clerk hanged on the phone all the time, rude and bad attitude . I would NEVER recommend the repair center.
I have been a customer for over 10 years and 4 machines. I’m never greeted, it’s always what do you want kind of attitude. I just used the service center... my machine came back dirty, presser ankle was replaced for no reason and I was told my screen wasn’t working. He fixed for free through warranty.. which I don’t have! They are scamming and taking parts off perfectly good machines. I know my machines inside and out.. wrong person to try and pull one over on.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They really took the time to make sure I got what I needed.
