Fabulous service and great pricing. Lots of lovely new machines and great support!!! Shop and service locally! I take all my sew machines here for regular service, Singer 221 x3,301/A x2, 600E, Husqvarna 690Q, Pfaff Serger.
I had a wonderful experience at the Viking Sewing Gallery and highly recommend them. I brought in a used sewing machine that wasn’t working. I expected a long repair time, but they diagnosed and fixed it on the spot. The issue turned out to be minor but technical, and their skill and efficiency were impressive. Cleaned and repaired my Viking. They are very friendly and thorough. I’m taking another machine to them!
The owner was awesome! Fixed my machine quickly, didn't charge me anything (he didn't have to buy any parts) and talked with novice me for like 10 minutes about his need for teachers to host the classes he is trying to put on. I will be going back for any of my future needs, he has a customer for life in me
