I went in there to have them look at an issue I was having with my sewing machine. The owner took a look at it and showed me what I was doing wrong and did not charge me for his time. He was super nice. They offer individual sewing lessons that I am going to take advantage of soon. Thank you for the great customer service.

We came in looking to buy a sewing machine without knowing at all what we were getting into, Carrie gave us a bunch of knowledge and homework to get started in the hobby before making the plunge on a machine, supplied us with resource booklets and places in spokane to get sewing lessons from, all information that was free of charge. Where other people would prey on you to make some money if you didn’t know squat, we left with a trove of knowledge and an amazing shop to keep coming back to once we’ve started.

Took serger to them, they fixed it for free. Since then I have taken several sewing machines and servers to them. Always great service, good price. Machines always worked better and very clean. Sometimes it takes awhile because of how busy they are. That shows how well they do. Rather wait a bit for great service than get a machine back that isn't fully serviced.
