Outstanding service! The staff and repair crew were so kind to my aging mother and her aging machine. They quickly diagnosed the problem and it was a simple fix. They were knowledgeable about 60 year old machine! Highly recommend! I will gladly buy my next machine there. Thank you guys!

I had a wonderful experience at the Viking Sewing Gallery and highly recommend them. I brought in a used sewing machine that wasn’t working. I expected a long repair time, but they diagnosed and fixed it on the spot. The issue turned out to be minor but technical, and their skill and efficiency were impressive.
