Worst service ever. The owner of this business, Mark, was sent out through our warranty company. He was rude, didn't want to answer questions. Then called back and refused to service us, first he said because we weren't happy with his service, then hung up on me. Then he said it was because he didn't service our brand Lenox. Now we have to wait for another company to come out, take extra time off, and we have a 2 year old plus we're sick. I would never recommend this company.
Horrible customer service and overpriced
I had to give this company a just to leave a comment or else I would have gave them a Absolutely rude and horrible customer service.
Very bad service , not recommended.
