We had a water tank break so I called Viking Restoration before it got out of hand, and when I called they were very kind with me, and helped me. They said they had called their best workers, and before I knew it, 4 amazing gentleman came to my door, Tony, Jeff, Gary, and Joe, they were so kind and patient with me. Tony was here right away, working with me and with the Insurance company. Those 4 men were a great bunch. The guys from Viking responded quicker than they originally told us on the phone, which was awesome. Tony and Jeff were spectacular! They were the first to arrive, immediately assessed our situation and got right to work before the rest of the Viking team arrived. They have been extremely responsive to our needs and did what it took to ensure our basement is dry again.I highly recommend them and will use them again should the need arise.
