I LOVE Mike and his guys! We renovate houses and he and his crew have taken care of a number of projects for us. They always do it in a very timely fashion. They explain what needs to be done in a way I can understand. He is very reasonable with his pricing. Finally I just feel confident that my plumbing issues will be resolved efficiently, reasonably and properly.
Had them out a couple times was great service! No issues and pleasant! Had a faucet they replaced either freeze over winter or their repair failed!! Called for a service and was given attitude immediately blamed me for the leak! Asked for cost to fix told over 300 would waive service call! I simply advised I would have someone else repair and got attitude the "whatever" comment was rude and uncalled for!! Not to mention hung up on!
