Bill is amazing to talk to and work with. The scheduling is a breeze. And Wyatt is my new guardian angel. I will absolutely be using Viking every time going forwards and recommend them to everyone I know.
We were out of the country when our house-sitter called to tell us the hot water was coming out brown! I immediately contacted Bill with Viking and they quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced our water heater within 24 hours. Everything was right back in order. The service was prompt and professional, everyone was courteous, and every area they worked in was left clean. They are great!
