I am not even kidding when I say this… give Matthew Y a raise or a paid for vacation because he is the absolute BEST! Each conversation I had with him was beyond professional and so so so helpful. I know he cares so much about each client and makes you feel so cared for. Our technician Bryan was friendly, professional and very helpful. Took care of the immediate issue, discussed what to do, and made me feel that the problem had been dealt with. Easy to schedule and appointment took place as promised. Never a happy time to call pest control but Viking takes out the worry and tackles the issues.

I became a customer over a year ago, after discussing specific expectations with a sales representative. When I experienced services issues with initial visits based on the aforementioned expectations, I contacted the sales representative, Corryn T. She took no ownerships and was not especially helpful. I eventually met with a service manager (who was “just OK” but helpful). I find Viking to be somewhat difficult to work with. They use a call center model and assign available technicians, which limits the ability to have a “... read more
