I have used Viking multiple times in the past and their service representatives that have come to my home have been great however my service rep today - ONIEL was absolutely wonderful . I am not even kidding when I say this… give Matthew Y a raise or a paid for vacation because he is the absolute BEST! Each conversation I had with him was beyond professional and so so so helpful. Our technician Bryan was friendly, professional and very helpful. Took care of the immediate issue, discussed what to do, and made me feel that the problem had been dealt with. Easy to schedule and appointment took place as promised. Never a happy time to call pest control but Viking takes out the worry and tackles the issues.
