Very good very happy with them
I called the company made me enroll in one year plan for an mice issue after 11 months of putting up with there poor tech and not finding a solution just charging me monthly and up front fees absolutely ridiculous I still have the same problem till today waste of money.
Unfortunately we had a mouse problem after we had some yard work done and the yard door was left open. I called Viking for help they were very informative and while we saw the issue in the kitchen and they stated they did not see an entry area for the mouse they put the traps in the laundry area my husband questioned this decision but I simply thought they knew what they were doing. Horrendous support from management - waiting over 3 business days to receive a callback from a supervisor or manager is absurd. Cancelling my service on principle alone because of this
There is actually a woman at Viking pest control who was the best tech I've ever had her name was Desiree !!! She is incredible explaining the whole process ... ants are a real PEST lol
