Jack was very thorough, I was pleased
I thought this was going to be an easy breezy monthly service but it’s proving to be the opposite. I paid for a service in the 28th and I was not aware the monthly fee comes out in the first. Had I known I would have just waited instead of being charged $127.00 in the same week. I tried calling the number in the customer portal and it doesn’t work.
