I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. The service was poorly handled from start to finish, and the technician’s work was unacceptable. Communication was inconsistent, issues were not resolved, and there was a complete lack of accountability. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to stay away from this business.
Terrible experience and dishonest business practices. I had an awful experience with this pest control service. I am beyond unhappy with the technician’s lack of professionalism and the poor quality of service provided. It’s clear that this company is dishonest and misleading. I feel cheated and deeply regret ever contacting them. This is not a legitimate business you want to be involved with. Do not waste your time or money on this 'misunderstanding' of a business!

I have been using Viking Pest Control for years. I can’t say enough good things about them. My technician Stephen Post goes above and beyond to solve my issue. He’s thorough, knowledgeable and truly cares about getting to the root of the problem. I appreciate his dedication and professionalism. I highly recommend!
Stephen Post did an excellent job. Worked efficiently and gave informative tips. One of the best reps I had in a long time from Viking.
