My daughter gave this company $10,000 to add a shed type patio cover to her home in Villa Rica, Georgia. They reported a roof leak to the company shortly after it was built. Viking responded and addressed the issue. The roof still leaksx drips water onto the patio, has a few areas of black mold and one post rotting. Made numerous calls and emails to the owner Erick Harrington of Viking Patios based in Cartersville GA. A chimney fire occurred at work done by Erick’s team at Viking less than 3 years ago. I have been told through professional fire inspector that this flue was not connected properly at the joints. Also, codes were not properly followed regarding distance from flue to wood framing under stone. Probable improper venting was indicated as well.
