Good experience overall with Viking Motors. The team were friendly and professional, and I never felt pressured into anything. The service was straightforward, which I really appreciated. No unnecessary complications, just clear communication throughout. Overall, solid service and a good outcome. I’d recommend them and would consider going back.
Fantastic, friendly staff and awesome service BUT there was a bigger plus size man (30s) who filled up our Volvo coolant just before leaving and he overfilled the coolant. Lucky my husband checked the coolant level at the petrol station up the road and had to remove quite a bit of overfilled coolant or the pipe could have burst. A little careless but the only complaint otherwise was fantastic.
Had my "15 S60 Polestar in for an issue with the centre console. I truly believe only Vikings Motors could identify the issue, had the parts to replace and get the car back within one and a half day. So positive that I'm bringing the car back for my next major parts replacement.
The best Volvo mechanic is Melb. Fantastic service, reasonable prices, timely services and repairs. I took my first Volvo here (2008 XC90 D5) and got excellent service, then when the car no longer suited my needs I bought my next Volvo here (2010 XC90 V8). Love the car and excellent warranty as well.
Great place to get ya Volvo serviced! Friendly staff down to earth and none of the BS!!!
