When the missus called me saying she'd broken down I got straight onto the boys at Viking. They told me they had a full shop but to have it towed over to them and they'd see what they could do. Within a few hours of them receiving the car they called me to say they had fixed it and it was ready to collect. Absolutely amazing service from them and a big thank you from me!!

Good experience overall with Viking Motors. The team were friendly and professional, and I never felt pressured into anything. The service was straightforward, which I really appreciated. No unnecessary complications, just clear communication throughout. Overall, solid service and a good outcome. I’d recommend them and would consider going back.

Fantastic, friendly staff and awesome service BUT there was a bigger plus size man (30s) who filled up our Volvo coolant just before leaving and he overfilled the coolant. Lucky my husband checked the coolant level at the petrol station up the road and had to remove quite a bit of overfilled coolant or the pipe could have burst. A little careless but the only complaint otherwise was fantastic.

Had my "15 S60 Polestar in for an issue with the centre console. I truly believe only Vikings Motors could identify the issue, had the parts to replace and get the car back within one and a half day. So positive that I'm bringing the car back for my next major parts replacement.
