Everyone is super helpful and friendly
Terrible customer service and follow ups. Shop around. Spent 3 months trying to get their sales manager to visit my plant and sell me something I needed. I have never had such a runaround. Asking you to visit my site 2 hours away before selling me a $35,000 machine to make sure it'll fit and work isn't a lot. Takes months to get a tech out to support, sent our maintenance manager wrong parts. Really frustrating experience.
When purchasing a packaging machine there are some questions you do want to ask to avoid unexpected costs down the road. Is shipping and freight included in final quote? Is labor, travel and accommodations included for tech at installation in final quote? What hours is technical support available? What happens if machine doesn’t meet discussed speeds and or quality?
