Worstexperienceofmylife! The reviews are dead on. This hell-hole is run by morons. They are constantly "out of towels," and it takes 3 days just to get ONE towel brought to your villa. The staff look and sound like crack addicts just learning to speak English, and have absolutely zero manners or etiquette. The manager was playing a game on her cell phone and refused to even listen to our complaint. We arrived at 4pm, which is the check in time, and our villa wasn't ready until just after 7pm. lost my reservation I called and was told they would hold a room for me if I called to confirm the next day before arrival. I did call and was told they were full. I was left without a room on a business trip, all others in town full. Had to stay in Minneapolis. Never trust them.

Quiet Cozy Place I was driving from Colorado to Ohio and got tired on my way so I chose to stay at this motel and I was in disbelief. This motel was a truly hidden gem, because from the outside this property just looks like it is just a mom and pop place. But when I got inside it seemed recently renovated. The bar they had onsite was just spectacular. I would highly suggest this hotel if you are looking for a good nights rest.

excellent value i had a appointment at the VA hospital in Iowa city, while all the hotel in Iowa city were to expense, this hotel was great, they had all amenities of a national chain but at a fraction of the cost. i would recommend this hotel too anyone who are on a budget.
