I had a really positive experience at Viking Health Centre. My mom was sent here for surgery, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and patient throughout the whole time. It's hard to know how to rate this place, in general the staff have been good, however, a very loud nurse proceeded to tell the floor about the bowel movement incident experienced by my male neighbour. I would have been incredibly embarrassed if I were him. Her behavior was 100% NOT on a professional level, and I just wished I knew who to complain to. Shame on you, loud nurse, for loudly chastising that adult male who deserves dignity and NOT humiliation. Didn't they teach you Ethics in school??

Brought my 5 year old daughter in due to bad neck pain and large lump on her back/shoulder. Upon arrival The front desk staff was extremely rude and instead of getting her in to examine her they gave us a phone number to call which did not even work and then sent us home! This is completely unacceptable from a medical facility very disappointing.

I traveled to Viking for surgery and stayed overnight. The doctors, nurses and staff were all amazing. The facility is incredibly clean and sterile. I was lucky enough to have a private room and amazing nurses ! One nurse went above and beyond and ran to the pharmacy to get my script.
