Brought my 5 year old daughter in due to bad neck pain and large lump on her back/shoulder. Upon arrival The front desk staff was extremely rude and instead of getting her in to examine her they gave us a phone number to call which did not even work and then sent us home! This is completely unacceptable from a medical facility very disappointing.

I traveled to Viking for surgery and stayed overnight. The doctors, nurses and staff were all amazing. The facility is incredibly clean and sterile. I was lucky enough to have a private room and amazing nurses ! One nurse went above and beyond and ran to the pharmacy to get my script.

I recently had surgery at this hospital, and I’m truly grateful for the exceptional care I received. To Dr. Badawi, Dr. Potgieter, and the entire teamstaff and nurses (I’m so sorry I forgot your names)you are all incredible at what you do. From the moment I was admitted to the day I was discharged, I felt safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. The whole experience was smooth, reassuring, and filled with compassion. Thank you all for your kindness and dedication. I couldn’t have asked for better care.

Had surgery here with Dr Badawi and ALL of the staff, recovery room team and nurses who attended to me during my 24 stay were beyond amazing! So caring and compassionate, thank you! Love the small town hospital vibe. Only one thing is we need to get them an ice machine or get theirs up and running lol as the water is .... less to be desired when so warm after surgery but they were all still so great at doing the best with what they had and trying to get some in cups frozen for us. Thanks to all.
