Unethical and unreliable. Rian took full payment for the basement demolition project on August 20 claiming the work was finished. The moment he took the money, he disappeared and I discovered the work was not complete. We had a few exchanges where he promised to be back on 5 different occasions and silence after that. Used our bin service September 2024 , wracked up over $1700 in our service and dump fees. Has not paid us to this day. Lots of false promises from this individual to pay Customers, & sub contractors beware!!!!

Unethical, evasive, and completely unprofessional. I hired Rian for a renovation project that began with a signed contract for a bathroom remodel and wall opening. The first phase was slow but tolerable. Once the scope expanded due to structural issues in our older home, Rian became increasingly unreliable.
