Used our bin service September 2024 , wracked up over $1700 in our service and dump fees. Has not paid us to this day. Lots of false promises from this individual to pay Customers, & sub contractors beware!!!!

Unethical, evasive, and completely unprofessional. I hired Rian for a renovation project that began with a signed contract for a bathroom remodel and wall opening. The first phase was slow but tolerable. Once the scope expanded due to structural issues in our older home, Rian became increasingly unreliable. Unethical and unreliable. Rian took a full payment for a basement demolition project on August 20 claiming the work was finished. The moment he took the money, he disappeared and I discovered the work was not complete. A few exchanges where he promised to be back on 5 different occasions and silence after that. He also did not deliver a construction bin even though he was paid for it. I asked to refund me the money and return the house keys - no response. Stay away.
