I get emailed 6-8 times a day. Asked numerous times to be removed from the email list and all I get is "you don't want a load?". Due to lack of integrity, our company will never use you or recomend you to our buying group.
I am very satisfied with the excellent care I receive from my representative.
A horrific experience and malicious business practice. Long story short, we ordered a truckload of a particular type of product. Unbeknownst to us, Viking added extra pallets of the same product that we did not ask for. The only benefit, I'm sure it added to the sales person's commission. We were held responsible for paying for these additional pallets that we did not want, nor need. This forced practice added an additional $6,000 to our order.
