Just this weekend I realized I've been fishing with the Viking Fleet since I was around 8 or 9. I am currently 46. I've been all over this amazing planet in those nearly 40 years and have fished with many a captain and crew. However I have yet to fish with a more professional and dedicated group of Captains and crew members. So when I'm in Montauk once or twice a year I always fish with the Viking Fleet. Took a CRESLI sponsored boat trip to bird watch and see whales. It was spectacular. The views were great and lots of whale action with explanation from the guides. Ship was stable. Boarding process was very easy as was purchasing and picking up ticket. Reasonable cost!
☆☆☆☆ Terrible experience with Viking Fleet. I drove 3 hours from White Plains specifically for this fishing trip, only to have it canceled at the last minute. Initially, we were told the boat needed at least 6 people to go out. There were 4 of us, and we even agreed to pay extra to make the trip worthwhile for them. Despite that, they still canceled.
