Been lifting at this gym since 2023 and it’s a great place to get all my powerlifting training done. All the workers are great and very chill and you can get some sweet discounts. shoutout Zach.
I love the machines and the way they articulate and cause less strain and allow you to isolate certain muscles. But my favorite part is that I am allowed to bring all of my kids with with me. Most gyms dont allow children, and I can understand why, but allowing them to learn the machines, stay active during the winter and learn how to respect the space is really cool.
Great gym. Just got remodeled.
