Communication is horrible. Voicemails everytime you call. Took weeks before I got any supplies from them. (Simple chain link fence) You have to call proactively to schedule deliveries because they will let it sit at there shop forever. Everything I’ve tried to order from them I’ve had to stop in multiple times or call multiple time because no one calls back when they say they will and it’s like they don’t want your business if they aren’t doing the install. They did a great jobs. The only problem was scheduled. Three months was to long.
Unfortunatly I didnt get past the estimate. Called to schedule a small repair on Monday. I was told I'd get a call from the scheduler within 10 to 14 days (that's way too long). I mentioned that it was a small job (took 2 hours with 2 guys), and maybe I could get fit in with another small job, as they are booked 3.5 months. Gal on the phone stated she would have the scheduler call me same day Monday to see if they could fit me in. I never got the call. Viking Fence did a great job on my new fence. They were professional, communicated well, and made good suggestions. Everyone was friendly and good to work with. I would definitely use them again.
