We contacted 3 fencing contractors (one never called back, and the other was more expensive). We went with Viking because they were the best price and there were no early red flags (learned this lesson more than once). I took care of all the ground prep so everything went smoothly and it paid off and made the install go smooth. I'm super happy with the job Andy (lead) and Nick did. We got multiple quotes, and whereas Viking was slightly over the other quotes, Vikings customer service from the beginning far surpassed the others, and rose to an extraordinary-level! The timeframe originally quoted for job completion also happened much sooner, all in all very impressed!

The fence, itself, is lovely. However, communication from the company leaves a lot to be desired. I was told installation should take approximately 6 weeks. 12 weeks later, I had to call and ask about the installation. I was told "I'd have to wait like everyone else." On the day the fence was installed, there was no locking mechanism installed. I called to ask why and was told "It broke before we could install it. We will be back with a new one." Listen, if you want a fence built next week, Viking is not going to be for you. Their one downside is they are very busy and so it takes a while to get scheduled, and the communications are pretty lightweight up to that point. That said, I have had them build both chain link and wood fences on separate occasions and once your time arrives, they do great work for a competitive price. Viking put our original fence in and after many years of great service, we needed it rebuilt after someone hit it with their car. They did amazing job with extremely polite crew members. The only critique I have is that we were originally told 4-12 weeks and it ended up being 14+ weeks. But, the quality of service provided offset the extra time it took. We would use them again in a heartbeat
