Austin the manager said the bike ran , bike was there for carb adjustments and timing , 4K later bike doesn't run and bolts were loose . Also rip in the leather seat which wasn't there on delivery to the shop . Spark plugs not gapped properly and a list of other issues . Be aware!
Even though I did not buy a motorcycle from the shop, I would 1000% get one. Chaz was awesome to work with very straightforward very honest about everything. It was no fault of the motorcycle company. It was all my own doings on why I didn’t get the motorcycle, but I would 1000% recommend you purchase from this dealership, honesty and integrity or hard to come by these folks have it.
Awesome place and people! I loved the bike before even going to see it but it was even more badass in person. Thanks to Chaz and Austin at Viking Customs for making it smooth and pleasant. I'll continue to use Viking Customs as my shop and highly recommend them. It was a great experience especially for a first time Harley owner.
I had a bit of a stressful situation the other week when my bike started acting up right before a ride. It was running rough and I couldn’t figure out if it was fuel related or something electrical. I called Viking Customs in Pompano and they told me to bring it by so they could take a quick look. The guys there were awesome from the start.
