I just had a great experience at Viking Cues. The front of the building was under construction and I had called to make sure they were open. I spoke with Randy the GM and he met me in the lobby when I entered. He was so professional and polite. He went above and beyond to give me pointers and find me the perfect cue. Nowadays people are lacking serious customer service skills.... If you want top-notch service and American made products, shop here!
I work in a retail store and sell all brands of cues. I can honestly say Viking Cues have been a favorite of mine. Their cues are made well and play well. They have an outstanding customer service and stand behind their products.

My Viking Cue has helped me improve my game tremendously in the year or so that I have had it. I did have one issue with a warped butt shaft but I gave them a call they had me send it in they checked it out and sent me a brand new one at no charge they were great about it. Thank You Viking Cues.
